Business lounges
Give yourself time to prepare for that important meeting, or simply relax and catch up with the days news. Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. Many lounges offer internet access, payphones and fax machines. Some also have meeting rooms, PCs and printers.

Cash Dispensers
Cash dispensers (ATMs) are available before and after security. Most cash dispensers accept UK bank and building society cards without surcharge. They also accept major credit cards.
Family Facilities
Facilities vary depending on which terminal you are flying from however; the following are available throughout Heathrow;
- Baby Changing areas are available both before and after security. Follow the signs (can we insert baby changing sign here?)
- Family Friendly Restaurants are available throughout the Airport, with high chairs and children’s menus available.
- Boots, the pharmacy, supplies baby essentials including formula milk, baby food, wipes and nappies.
- BAA provides a colouring book and crayon pack free of charge – available from the BAA Information Desk.
Food & Drink
As you would expect from the worlds busiest airport, Heathrow has a wide range of places to eat and drink. Whether it’s a snack or a three course meal, before or after security, Heathrow has something to suit all needs and budgets.
Help points
Passenger help points can be found at various locations including terminal forecourts, car parks and baggage reclaim halls. Each help point has a map and an internal telephone for assistance.
A porter service is free for travellers with special needs, elderly passengers and parents travelling alone with young children. Tips are not expected, or accepted, from these passengers.
Internet Access
You can use public PC’s or plug in your laptop via fixed terminals located throughout the airport. Payment for this service is online at the access points.

Lost Property
The lost property office is operated by the Excess Baggage Company. The telephone number for enquiries is +44 (0)20 8745 7727. There is a storage charge for items reclaimed from the lost property office. The office is open from 08:00-19:00 Monday to Saturday, and 08:00-16:00 on Sundays.
Medical Facilities
Heathrow Health Centre is on the ground floor of the Queens Building (between Terminals 1 and 2), with qualified nurses offering basic treatment services.

Pharmacy
Boots the Chemist is located before and after security control in each terminal. Though most Boots stores have a pharmacy counter, only the branch before security in Terminal 1 dispenses prescriptions.
Smoking
Heathrow is a smoke-free airport. You can only smoke in designated areas outside the terminal building.
Remember, once you have passed through security control, you can not smoke anywhere in the departure lounge.
Travel and tourist information
There are bus, coach and rail information desks in all Terminals.
Leaflets containing public transport and tourist information are widely available at information points throughout the Airport.
Worship
Heathrow has Anglican, Catholic, Free Church, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu and Sikh chaplains. All can be contacted via the airport information desks.
St George's Chapel
The airport's interdenominational chapel, St George's, is in the central area between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The site includes a prayer room for all faiths. Inner Ring West, Heathrow Airport, Hounslow TW6 1BP (below the old central control tower, opposite the entrance to the Terminal 2 short-stay car park). The chapel is below ground level and reached via stairs.
Opening hours: Usually 07:30 - 20:00.
Anglican services by arrangement. Catholic Mass daily at 12:30, Tuesdays at 19:00, and at 07:30, 12:30 and 1800 on holy days.
Multi-faith prayer room:
Located above the main chapel, at street level, and usually open from 07:30 to 20:00. Christian Fellowship prayer service on Thursdays at 12:30. Muslim prayers on Fridays at 13:00. Sikh prayers on Tuesdays at 19:00 and Saturdays at 18:00.
