Heathrow Airport Lounges
If you are flying from Heathrow, you are flying from the world’s busiest airport! You may like to take the opportunity to escape the crowds and book an airport lounge. Enjoy the quiet of a lounge and the complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks, magazines, and newspapers. You’’ also find live flight information so you can be sure of getting to the gate on time.
The Servisair Lounge is available to passengers who have pre-booked, and are flying to International destinations from terminals 1, 2 and 3. The opening times are from 06:00 until 22:00.
The KLM Holideck Lounge is available to passengers flying from terminal 4 and is open from 05:30 – 22:00. This lounge comprises of the Main Deck for families, the Enterprise Deck for business travellers, and the Sports Lounge, Upper Deck and the Flight Deck which is an observatory providing an exceptional view of the airport.
Important Information
The KLM Holideck has access to the Main Deck; however, there is no lift access to the upper deck levels.
Essential Information
- The lounges are located after passport control and may not be suitable for passengers on domestic flights
- Smart/Casual attire must be worn at all times
- This is a non smoking area
- Reasonable behaviour is expected from all guests
- You may arrive up to 3 hours before your flight time, entry to the lounge prior to this time will be at the discretion of the lounge staff
- Where children are permitted they must be accompanied by an adult at all times
