Heathrow Airport Lounges
If you’re flying from the world’s busiest airport, escape the crowds and book an airport lounge. Enjoy the quiet comfort of a lounge normally reserved for business class passengers and you could be enjoying complimentary: Tea/Coffee, Soft drinks, Alcoholic beverages, Snacks, Magazines/Newspapers. You’ll also find live flight information so you can be sure of getting to the gate on time.
The Servisair Executive Lounge is available to passengers who have pre booked, flying to International destinations, from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Opening times are from 0600 to 2200 daily. KLM Holideck Lounge is available to passengers flying from Terminal 4 and is open 0530 to 2200 daily. This lounge comprises of the Main Deck for families, the Enterprise Deck for business traveller’s the sports lounge Upper Deck, and the Flight Deck, an observatory, providing an exceptional view of the airport.
Important Information The KLM Holideck has access to the Main Deck, however, there is no lift access to the upper deck levels.
Essential Information
Lounges are located after Passport Control so may not suitable for domestic passengers.
Passengers wishing to leave the lounge must take their luggage with them, even if they are returning.
Some airport lounges may announce flights, however it is your responsibility to check flight information.
Passengers may check in at the lounge up to 3 hours before thier flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of the lounge staff.
The dress code for all lounges is smart casual, and all lounges expect reasonable behaviour from guests. There is the right to refuse admission.
Where children are permitted they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
